Here's what you will do as a Granger RN:

* Utilize the nursing process to assess resident care plans, implement interventions and evaluate outcomes related to nursing care

* Assist with team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans; assess and document residents' condition and nursing needs; assign team members who have the capabilities and qualifications to meet residents' needs

* Implement physician's orders; administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests

* Proven ability to communicate effectively and positively with staff, residents and family members

* Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary

* Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures

* Basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company software

* Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance

* Document treatments as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations

* Coordinate nursing care of residents scheduled for therapy or procedures by other departments

* Record and report observations and reactions regarding residents

* Perform additional duties as assigned

Shifts:

Weekend shifts specifically/ various shifts are available

Part Time and Full Time shift available
